We are currently seeking a Workplace Experience Program Manager to join our Workplace Experience (WX) team in Dublin. This is a full-time, in-office position for candidates based in the Dublin area with an expectation to be onsite 2 days a week at our Dublin Hub office.
What Your Team Does
This role reports directly to the Workplace Experience Manager in Burnaby, Canada and is part of Clio’s global Workplace Experience (WX) team. The WX team is responsible for creating exceptional, consistent, and safe environments across 14+ offices in 7 countries. We partner closely with People, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance to manage office operations, drive compliance, and deliver a high-quality employee experience across all of Clio’s global hubs.
As Clio continues to scale, including integrating newly acquired teams and offices, the WX team is evolving from a collection of local operations into a cohesive, globally governed program. This role is central to making that shift a reality.
Who you are
You are a highly organized, proactive, and operationally rigorous Program Manager who thrives on turning ambiguity into structure. You don’t wait for direction—you identify the gaps, build the plan, align with stakeholders, and drive it forward. You are equally comfortable owning a complex compliance program across multiple jurisdictions and jumping into an operational issue that needs a decision right now.
As the senior WX presence in EMEA, you serve as the right hand to the Senior Manager of Workplace Experience during the hours when North American leadership is offline. You bring sound judgment, a bias for action, and a deep sense of ownership over the programs and people in your region. You take pride in raising the bar for how workplace experience is delivered at scale.
Health & Safety Program Ownership: Own and advance Clio’s H&S compliance posture across all EMEA offices and globally, including fire safety, emergency preparedness, and evolving regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Build and maintain a structured framework for monitoring legislative changes and translating them into actionable, office-level requirements.
Operational Standardization: Lead the global standardization of workplace systems, vendor management practices, security protocols, and visitor management. Develop and roll out consistent operational playbooks that local Office Managers can execute without reinventing processes at each site.
EMEA Senior Point of Escalation: Act as the primary decision-maker and escalation point during EMEA business hours, providing continuity across time zones. Handle emergency decisions, unblock local teams, and represent WX leadership when the Senior Manager of WX is unavailable.
Security & Access Standardization: Partner with IT and Security to unify badge access systems, visitor protocols, and vendor vetting standards across all offices—reducing audit risk and proactively closing any insurance vulnerabilities.
Vendor & Budget Oversight: Manage relationships with global and regional vendors relevant to programs under your ownership. Track program budgets, identify savings opportunities, and analyze data to continuously improve WX operations.
What you may have
5+ years of experience in program management, operations, or workplace/facilities management in a global, multi-site environment.
Demonstrated experience owning Health & Safety programs across multiple jurisdictions, including UK and EU regulatory frameworks.
Strong project management fundamentals—you can run multiple workstreams simultaneously, build accountability structures, and bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
Comfort operating with autonomy and making sound judgment calls without waiting for direction.
Experience managing or integrating vendor, security, or facilities systems across multiple locations.
Comfortable leveraging AI tools to drive operational efficiency, synthesize information across programs, and accelerate execution.
Excellent stakeholder communication skills; you know how to work with and through local teams without stepping on their ownership.
Experience using workplace tools and systems such as the Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, Confluence, or ticketing and expense tools.
Nice to have’s
Previous experience in a tech, startup, or high-growth company environment.
Familiarity with access control systems, visitor management tools, or AV/meeting room technology.
Exposure to workplace safety programs or compliance documentation.
First Aid and Food Safety certifications.
Experience with Confluence and Asana.
