We are looking for an experienced Program Test Manager expertise in managing complex enterprise testing programs and large-scale E2E transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in test management tools, and the ability to drive automation-first and GenAI-enabled QA strategies across multiple applications and stakeholder groups.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end testing programs for large-scale enterprise implementations and migration projects.
Define and execute overall test strategy, test planning, estimation, reporting, and governance activities.
Coordinate with business, development, vendor, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery.
Drive complex E2E testing involving multiple upstream and downstream applications, databases, APIs, and integration systems.
Manage QA metrics, dashboards, defect tracking, and root cause analysis reporting.
Lead Agile-based QA delivery and ensure alignment with sprint and release cycles.
Provide leadership in automation-first testing approaches and guide teams in achieving automation targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve QA processes, quality standards, and delivery efficiency.
Host client discussions, status calls, and executive-level reporting for program updates and risks.
Ensure defect lifecycle management and quality assurance best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Support cloud implementation and transformation programs where applicable.
Mentor QA teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives using GenAI tools and modern testing practices.
Required Skills
Strong experience in Test Management / Program Test Management
Strong expertise in managing complex E2E program implementations and migration programs.
Hands-on experience with test management tools such as Rally, ALM, and Jira.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and QA governance.
Experience in test planning, estimation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
Expertise in handling large application landscapes with multiple stakeholders and integration systems.
Strong knowledge of QA metrics, root cause analysis, and reporting frameworks.
Experience in automation testing strategies and automation program management.
Exposure to GenAI concepts, tools, and QA transformation initiatives.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and client-handling skills.
Ability to work independently and drive program deliverables with accountability.
Knowledge of General Insurance domain is preferred.
Cloud implementation experience is an added advantage
