You as a Office Administrator will:

Report to the Office Manager and ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of the office
Provide essential support to management, supervisory staff, and other contract personnel.
Be the first point of contact for employees and site visitors while performing reception duties such as answering phones, directing phone calls and managing other general reception duties
Complete any office administration duties as required including the maintenance of files and ordering of general supplies
Assist with financial management including project billing and invoice coding
Contribute to creating a safe and healthy environment for staff and others, working in compliance with EllisDon Facilities Services’ health and safety policies, code of conduct and applicable legislation

Is this the right role for you?

You have a post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field
1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-orientated with strong administrative and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a busy office environment and have strong computer skills
Proficient with the MS Office suite and have moderate to strong skills in word and excel
Basic financial administration experience is an asset
Must be able to work in office in Cork, Ireland
