As General Manager Designate at Hawksmoor Dublin, you’ll be a senior leader on the ground, supporting the General Manager to run Irelands best steak restaurant in a commercial, impactful role. You’ll be part of the leadership team, acting up as General Manager, helping coach and develop staff, deliver seamless service and ensure both guests and team members feel welcomed and looked after — just as we do across the rest of the Hawksmoor group.
What You’ll Do

Support the General Manager in leading daily operations and delivering Hawksmoor standards of service and hospitality

Coach, motivate and develop the team to create memorable guest experiences

Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, ensuring smooth service from start to finish

Help drive commercial performance through service excellence, table management and local relationships

Work closely with kitchen, bar and reservations teams to ensure seamless coordination across services

Assist with team recruitment, training and onboarding
