About Us:
Ivy & Vine is an exciting new Mediterranean restaurant in Celbridge. We are bringing vibrant flavours, fresh ingredients and a welcoming atmosphere to our guests and we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in daily operations
- Oversee staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Support the bar team, including cocktail preparation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role
- Experience with bar operations and cocktail making is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
