Our Logistics team plays a critical role in supporting global device lifecycle programs, ensuring seamless outbound and return logistics, strong carrier management, and on‑time, in‑full delivery across regions.

About the Role

We are looking for a Warehouse Specialist who supports daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory handling, adherence to company procedures, and a safe, well‑organized working environment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting internal teams through reliable and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy in all goods‑in and goods‑out activities.
Maintain high standards of picking and packing to ensure order accuracy.
Follow company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs at all times).
Generate and support reporting for cycle counts, stock checks, and inventory audits.
Assist with maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date warehouse documentation.
Partner with Sales and Finance teams to resolve inventory discrepancies or missing information.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist with monthly cycle counts and stock takes.
Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely, as required.
Perform additional duties as needed to support overall warehouse operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Valid reach forklift license.
Good working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
Comfortable performing physical tasks in a warehouse setting.
Strong attention to housekeeping and workplace organization.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented.
Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to safely operate and maneuver heavy machinery and warehouse equipment, as required.

Work Environment

Warehouse environment with regular physical activity.
Adherence to safety policies and procedures is essential.
