Sales Executive - Mercedes-Benz Wexford

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you will help customers find the right Mercedes-Benz vehicle while providing an excellent experience from their first enquiry through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle.
Arrange and conduct test drives.
Achieve sales targets through great customer service and effective negotiation.
Assist with vehicle valuations and trade-ins.
Keep customers updated throughout the sales process.
Work with the wider sales team to provide a smooth customer experience.
Deliver a professional vehicle handover.
Build repeat business and customer referrals.

About You

2-3 years' sales experience preferred.
Excellent communication and people skills.
Customer-focused and professional.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Good negotiation skills.
Good IT skills.
Full, clean driving licence.
A genuine interest in cars and the Mercedes-Benz brand.
