Full job description

A fantastic opportunity to join the Food & Beverage Team at The Connemara Coast Hotel as a Bartender.

About The Connemara Coast

Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages including cocktails, wines, spirits, and draught beer to a high standard
Provide a friendly, engaging, and professional service to all guests
Take accurate orders and ensure prompt service at the bar and in surrounding areas
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar at all times
Ensure all hygiene, food safety, and licensing regulations are strictly followed
Handle cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
Upsell and promote bar products to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue
Monitor stock levels and communicate any shortages to management
Ensure all tabs, bills, and orders are correctly recorded and settled before end of shift
Work collaboratively with the wider Food & Beverage team to ensure a seamless guest experience

About The Role

Requirements

A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent customer service
Previous bar experience is desirable (cocktail experience an advantage)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and team-focused approach
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy periods
