We are currently seeking a professional and personable Receptionist / Barista to join our growing team at The Nail Lounge Galway.
This is a front of house role suited to someone organised, confident and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a premium salon environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and checking clients in and out
- Managing phone calls and booking appointments
- Preparing and serving coffee and tea to customers
- Maintaining a clean and organised reception area
- Supporting the team to ensure smooth daily operations
The Ideal Candidate:
- Friendly, well presented and professional
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Coffee experience is an advantage (training can be provided)
- Basic nail knowledge is an advantage (training can be provided)
