Senior HR Business Partner

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees across United Drug and PHX on policies, procedures and employment legislation
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and performance management
Lead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management process
Support change initiatives including restructures and operational transformation
Manager the HR Operations team, ensuring effective delivery across the employee lifecycle
Drive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes and systems
Analyse people data to provide actionable business insights
Lead and support union negotiations, including pay agreements, collective bargaining and broader industrial relations matters

What You'll Need to Succeed:

8+ years HR experience, including HRBP exposure
Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation
Experience manager complex employee relations cases
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong communication, influencing and analytical skills
Third-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)
Experience supporting operational or warehouse environments would be beneficial
