Overview:

As a MEP Cost Manager at Linesight, you will work with highly experienced, culturally diverse, and passionate teams nurturing a strong social dynamic and a shared sense of achievement. The Opportunity:

In this role you will:

Analyse tenders/bids with a particular focus on MEP packages to ensure client value for money.
Support the settlement of construction disputes and loss/expense claims related to mechanical, electrical, and process installations with transparency.
Foster top performance and growth for your employees through strong mentorship and leadership, particularly within MEP cost management.
Oversee project spend by managing supply chain valuations through EVM process and driving cost reports to provide our client with transparency at earliest possible stage.
Assist in the preparation and agreement of final accounts, including the handling of MEP-specific claims to ensure the client gets the best value from works undertaken.
Develop estimates and cost plans for key client developments, with an emphasis on MEP elements.
Provide cost documentation and timely communication to support agile project management and clear decision-making, particularly on MEP-related matters.

We would love to hear from you if you:

Have experience as a MEP cost manager in large scale and complex Data Centres, Oil & Gas, Pharma, or heavy industrial projects.
Have a technical understanding of mechanical, electrical, or process (MEP) systems and installations.
Experience of EVM (Earned Value Management) would be advantageous.
Have a degree or comparable experience in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.
Are an excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
Love a dynamic environment with the opportunity to manage your own priorities and deadlines.
Thrive on building strong relationships with your team and clients through a shared purpose and sense of openness and fun.

Please note this role would require relocation to Finland once the construction phase starts.

All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
