As we grow, we’re investing in our brand and digital presence in a bigger way. We’re hiring a part-time, in-house Marketing & Social Media Manager to lead our marketing strategy and execution — turning content into trust, trust into enquiries, and enquiries into long-term client relationships.
This is a high-impact role with strong visibility across the business. You’ll manage our digital channels day-to-day, lead campaigns, manage performance, and build a consistent, compliant brand presence.
Location: Wexford (must be available for on-site)
Hours: Part-time (flexible; agreed based on candidate availability)
Reporting to: Directors / Leadership Team
Role Purpose
This role plays a critical part in driving brand growth, customer acquisition, and lead generation for Elevate Financial through high-quality content, data-led campaigns, and consistent community engagement.
You will manage Elevate’s digital marketing strategy and execution across social, paid media, SEO and analytics, working closely with the team to ensure our marketing is effective, compliant, and performance-driven.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver Elevate’s digital marketing plan aligned to business growth and lead-generation goals
- Lead digital activity across paid, owned, and organic channels
- Act as the internal digital lead — bringing best practice, creativity and consistent execution
- Manage and grow Elevate’s key platforms: LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook (and support expansion to TikTok/YouTube where relevant)
- Develop and maintain a structured content calendar
- Create engaging content across formats: posts, reels, short videos, carousels, graphics, stories
- Capture and produce on-site photo and video content (team features, educational explainers, events, behind-the-scenes)
- Manage DMs/comments and build community engagement while protecting brand tone and professionalism
- Plan, build, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google
- Improve conversion performance: enquiries, cost per lead, lead quality, and retargeting outcomes
- Collaborate internally to align campaigns with business priorities and promotions
- Support and improve SEO performance through keyword-led content and on-page basics
- Identify and implement improvements that support discoverability and enquiries (local search, blog content, service pages)
- Own reporting and dashboards across social and digital (Meta, GA4, Google Ads, etc.)
- Track KPIs and report clearly on what’s working: reach, engagement, traffic, leads and cost metrics
- Use performance insights to refine content, campaigns, and spend allocation
- Ensure content remains consistent, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines
- Work within a compliance-led approval process (regulated industry requirements)
- Ensure best practice around GDPR-safe lead capture and online engagement
Requirements
Essential
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing
- Strong content creation ability across LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook
- Experience running paid social campaigns (Meta) and familiarity with Google Ads
- Competence with SEO fundamentals and analytics/reporting (GA4, platform insights, basic dashboards)
- Strong organisation and project management — you can plan and execute consistently
- Comfortable being on camera and/or directing content capture
- Wexford-based
Desirable
- Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
- Experience with email marketing/CRM tools and lead funnel optimisation
- Video-first content strength (short-form, reels, hooks, editing)
