Full job description

Job Description:

Do you currently work in a legal office, or have experience of supporting people through the home buying process? Are you a highly organised, people-focused professional? We’re looking for a Case Manager to join our dynamic team in Tralee!

Ideal candidate will:

Have 1-2 years legal office experience
Have knowledge of the conveyancing process
Show a continuous improvement mindset
Be ready to challenge the traditional approach to house buying

What you’ll do:

Provide regular updates and guidance to clients who are going through the home buying process
Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and mortgage advisors.
Resolve delays or bottlenecks in the process.
Manage high volumes of calls and emails professionally.
Ensure compliance checks are completed for each case.
Maintain accurate case records and documentation.
