Job Description:
Do you currently work in a legal office, or have experience of supporting people through the home buying process? Are you a highly organised, people-focused professional? We’re looking for a Case Manager to join our dynamic team in Tralee!
Ideal candidate will:
- Have 1-2 years legal office experience
- Have knowledge of the conveyancing process
- Show a continuous improvement mindset
- Be ready to challenge the traditional approach to house buying
What you’ll do:
- Provide regular updates and guidance to clients who are going through the home buying process
- Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, banks, and mortgage advisors.
- Resolve delays or bottlenecks in the process.
- Manage high volumes of calls and emails professionally.
- Ensure compliance checks are completed for each case.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
