Full job description

Do you want to be part of a marketing team where good ideas get backed and careers are built? At True Financial we're looking for a creative, idea-generating Senior Social Media Executive to join our Marketing Team and take our social presence somewhere new.

This role is for someone who thinks in themes and campaigns rather than individual posts. You'll sit down at the start of a week, decide what story we're telling, and build content that carries it from Monday to Friday. Behind every post there's a reason it exists: the problem it raises, the person it's aimed at, and the answer it gives them. You'll know who you're talking to and why they should care before you write a word.

You'll need the range to work at two speeds. Pension season, Budget week and January financial planning all give you a clear runway to plan a full campaign well in advance. Other weeks a trend or news story breaks on a Thursday and there's a better idea sitting in front of you, so you drop the plan and move fast on it. We want someone comfortable doing both.

We provide life insurance, financial planning, pensions, savings, investments and mortgages to individuals and business owners across Ireland, through four brands: LowQuotes.ie, True Wealth, Hello.ie and Low.ie.

Our marketing puts us at the forefront of the competition, generating a high volume of customers every month. You'll be building on a framework that already works, with vast room to expand our current social media approach.

What you'll do

Strategy

Own the social strategy across our brands and tie it back to business objectives
Plan and run themed content campaigns, weekly, monthly and seasonal
Utilise the Social content calendar so nothing goes out unplanned
Find new ways to grow visibility for our brands, online and off

Content

Work with the content, marketing and management teams to keep everything on brand
Spot trends early and turn them into content while they're still worth doing
Oversee scheduling, publishing and monitoring across all platforms
Make sure follower questions get professional, fast replies, and that they turn into booked appointments

Analytics

Report on social performance and what it's delivering
Use CRM and sales data to report true campaign ROI, not vanity metrics
Review performance regularly and adjust campaigns based on what you find
Track progress against agreed KPIs

What you'll need

A creative mind with the discipline to turn ideas into planned, well-reasoned campaigns
Hands-on experience running paid social across all the major ad platforms (essential)
Experience in a similar digital marketing management role
Photoshop, Canva or video editing software
A genuine feel for the platforms and where they're heading, not just where they've been
Experience in financial services or a similarly regulated industry is an advantage, not a requirement
