We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Financial Advisors while ensuring high standards of client service, sales quality and regulatory compliance.
The Role
Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for the performance, development and day-to-day management of a team of advisors.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing Financial Advisors.
- Managing team performance and deliver first class financial advice.
- Coaching and supporting advisor development.
- Monitoring customer outcomes and compliance standards.
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Driving a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous management experience within Financial Services.
- Strong understanding of Life Insurance, Pensions, Investments or Mortgages.
- Proven coaching and people management ability.
- Experience managing performance and achieving business objectives.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance commercial performance with strong customer outcomes.
Experience
· Previous experience as a Financial Advisor, CFP or APA in a Financial Services Brokerage or Financial Institution.
· Background should be within a professional client focused environment.
· Ability to develop rapport with the Financial Advisor teams so they are receptive to your guidance/advice.
