Principal Associate Dentist — New Navan Clinic
Navan, County Meath | Full-time or Part-time (flexible sessions)
€125,000–€230,000+ OTE, with guaranteed income during your establishment period
Be the founding clinician of our newest practice
We are a 100% Irish-owned dental group with over 40 years of experience and an established network of clinics across Dublin and the East of Ireland. We are opening a brand-new, state-of-the-art clinic in Navan, and we're looking for an experienced dentist to lead it clinically as our Principal Associate.
This is a rare opportunity: the professional freedom and status of building a practice from day one, without the financial risk or administrative burden of going it alone.
Your earnings — clearly explained
We know new clinics take time to build, so we've structured this role to remove the risk for you:
- Guaranteed income from day one. For your initial period with us [e.g. the first 6–12 months], you will receive a guaranteed minimum income of [€X per month / €X per session], regardless of patient volume, while the practice establishes itself.
- Percentage of gross fees thereafter at a competitive rate of [X%], with full transparency on lab fee arrangements — discussed openly at interview.
- Realistic earning trajectory: on-target earnings of €125,000 in Year 1, with genuine potential to exceed €230,000 as your patient list matures. As the founding dentist, every new patient in Navan builds your list.
- Our marketing team will be actively driving patient acquisition for the new clinic from before opening day, so your diary fills quickly.
What the role involves
- Delivering high-quality general dentistry with full clinical autonomy — you decide treatment plans; we never set sales targets for clinicians
- Shaping the clinical culture and standards of a new practice as its senior dentist
- A varied patient base: initially treating medical card (DTSS) patients alongside private and PRSI, with the private book growing as the practice develops
- Direct mentorship and support from our Clinical Director, with a clear pathway to wider clinical leadership across the group
What you'll work with
- A brand-new, purpose-fitted clinic with modern equipment, including digital scanning and advanced technologies
- Dedicated, professionally trained dental nurses, reception, and treatment coordinator teams
- Funded CPD and structured group development programmes
What we take off your plate
Accounts, bookkeeping, payroll, compliance, purchasing, supplier negotiations, marketing, and day-to-day operational management are all handled by our central support teams. You focus on clinical excellence — we take care of the rest.
About you
- Registered with the Dental Council of Ireland, or eligible for registration (required)
- Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience in general dentistry
- Ready to step into a senior clinical role and take ownership of a new practice
- Committed to excellent patient care and continuous professional development
How to apply
Send your CV and a brief note on why the Navan opportunity interests you All enquiries are treated in strict confidence, and we're happy to arrange an informal, no-obligation conversation or clinic visit first.
