As we continue to grow, we are looking for Personal Trainers / Fitness Coaches with the professional foundation, potential and ambition to develop with us.

The Role

As an Educogym Coach, you will play an active role throughout the member journey.

This is more than delivering training sessions. Our coaches get to know their members, understand their goals, monitor their progress and take action to help them achieve results.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high quality gym instruction and coaching using the Educogym methodology
Build strong, professional relationships with members
Understand individual member goals and monitor their progress
Coach safe, effective and consistent exercise technique
Conduct consultations, check ups and member progress reviews
Support members with nutrition and supplementation within the scope of the role
Provide motivation, accountability and ongoing support
Communicate confidently and professionally with members
Recognise opportunities to improve member results and experience
Support referrals, retail and relevant member opportunities
Maintain high operational and gym standards
Take ownership of day to day responsibilities
Work collaboratively with coaches and managers
Contribute ideas and feedback that help us continuously improve the way we work

Who We Are Looking For

Qualifications & Knowledge

Personal Training qualification required
Strong knowledge of exercise technique and safe training practices
Good understanding of nutrition principles
Strong attention to detail
Previous experience in Personal Training, fitness or coaching is an advantage
Sales or marketing experience is an advantage
