Food & Beverage Manager

Location: Donegal
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operation in our busy 4-star, 94-bedroom hotel.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, strong financial performance, and effective leadership of the department.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
Lead, motivate and develop the Food & Beverage team.
Deliver excellent guest service and maintain high quality standards.
Manage staffing levels, rotas and payroll in line with business needs.
Control departmental budgets, stock, costs and margins.
Work closely with the kitchen team and General Manager to drive sales and improve the guest experience.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety and licensing regulations.
Manage recruitment, training and performance within the department.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within a hotel.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good financial and commercial awareness.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
A hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, Christmas and public holidays as required.
