Food & Beverage Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the Food & Beverage operation in our busy 4-star, 94-bedroom hotel.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring high standards of service, strong financial performance, and effective leadership of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operation of all Food & Beverage outlets.
- Lead, motivate and develop the Food & Beverage team.
- Deliver excellent guest service and maintain high quality standards.
- Manage staffing levels, rotas and payroll in line with business needs.
- Control departmental budgets, stock, costs and margins.
- Work closely with the kitchen team and General Manager to drive sales and improve the guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety and licensing regulations.
- Manage recruitment, training and performance within the department.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or in a similar leadership role within a hotel.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good financial and commercial awareness.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach with a commitment to high standards.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, Christmas and public holidays as required.
