Key Responsibilities

CRM Data Management & Sales Support

Review, cleanse, and maintain customer and prospect data within the CRM system to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy
Audit contact records, company profiles, opportunity stages, and activity history
Support lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and sales activity documentation
Generate basic CRM reports and dashboards for sales and marketing leadership

Event Planning & Industry Conference Support

Assist in planning logistics for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry conferences
Coordinate attendee lists, registration, travel logistics, booth materials, and promotional collateral
Support pre-event and post-event communications and lead follow-up activities
Help organize schedules for customer meetings and networking events during conference

Grand Opening & Facility Launch Support

Support planning and execution of public grand opening activities for our new facility.
Coordinate vendors, signage, event logistics, and attendee communications.
Help manage guest registration and day-of event support
Assist with post-event marketing communications, press coverage follow-up, and social media highlights

Social Media & Digital Presence

Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across relevant business platforms, including LinkedIn and other industry-facing channels
Support development of content calendars aligned with business priorities and campaigns
Draft posts promoting company capabilities, facility milestones, conference participation, and thought leadership
Track engagement metrics and recommend content improvements
Monitor competitor and industry social media trends

Market Research & Agency Collaboration

Research pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and life sciences industry agencies, associations, and potential strategic partners
Assist in identifying market trends, customer segments, and competitive positioning opportunities
Compile intelligence on industry developments, cold-chain logistics trends, and regulatory considerations
Support outreach preparation for agency and client relationship development
Assist with prospect research for business development initiatives

Thought Leadership & Content Support

Assist the sales and marketing teams with research, drafting, editing, and formatting thought leadership articles, white papers, case studies, and blog content
Research market trends in cold chain storage, GMP warehousing, and third-party logistics solutions
Help develop customer-facing materials that communicate company expertise and value proposition
Support creation of sales presentations, pitch decks, and capability statements

Additional Duties

Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, quality, and client services teams to understand service offerings.
Support other departments as needed based on business priorities.

What you bring to be successful

Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Supply Chain, Life Sciences, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge CRM platforms
Familiarity with social media management tools
Interest in B2B sales, healthcare, pharmaceutical logistics, or life sciences industries preferred
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work onsite in a corporate office environment on a daily basis
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
