Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

Graepel Perforators & Weavers Ltd.

Location: Kinsale, Co. Cork

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract (November 2026 to September 2027)

Hours: Full-Time | On-Site

Note: Part time work could be considered

About Graepels

Graepels is a leading manufacturer serving customers across Ireland, the UK and international markets. With a strong reputation for quality, innovation and customer service, we are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our team on a maternity leave cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a well-established marketing function and play a key role in supporting brand growth, customer engagement and business development initiatives.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with sales, commercial and leadership teams, the Marketing Manager will lead and deliver marketing activities across digital and traditional channels.

This is a hands-on position suited to a proactive marketing professional who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating engaging content and supporting business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver marketing activities aligned with business objectives.
Manage and maintain the company website and digital presence.
Create, plan and schedule engaging content across social media platforms.
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to support sales and business development.
Create and coordinate marketing materials including:
Brochures
Case studies
Presentations
Newsletters
Promotional content
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communications.
Coordinate photography, video and visual content projects.
Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing materials.
Support lead generation activities in collaboration with the sales team.
Assist in the promotion of Graepels products, services and industry expertise.
Coordinate participation in exhibitions, trade shows and industry events.
Manage relationships with external suppliers, agencies and designers.
Monitor and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
Analyse website, social media and email marketing performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Manage marketing budgets and expenditure.
Research industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities.

About You

You will have:

Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or Senior Marketing role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management abilities.
Experience managing multiple marketing channels and campaigns.
Strong digital marketing and social media expertise.
Experience managing website content and email marketing platforms.
Understanding of B2B marketing and supporting sales teams.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
Creative, proactive and results-focused mindset.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential:

Degree, diploma or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline.
Experience in a marketing role with responsibility for campaign delivery and content creation.

Desirable:

B2B marketing experience.
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial sectors.
Experience promoting technical products and services.
Knowledge of:
WordPress
Adobe Creative Suite
Google Analytics
Social Media Management Platforms
