About CF Pharma Vet

CF Pharma Vet is a growing Irish manufacturer of veterinary nutraceutical products for the companion animal market. As part of the CF Pharma Group, we work with customers and partners internationally, combining manufacturing expertise, quality standards and product innovation.

We are now looking for a Document Control Executive to join our Quality Department. This is a hands-on, on-site role working closely with both the Quality and Operations teams, with responsibility for maintaining accurate and compliant production and quality documentation and supporting the effective operation of our quality systems.

The Role

The Document Control Executive will play an important role in ensuring that documentation is accurate, up to date, controlled and readily available across the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with Quality, Operations, Production, Warehouse and suppliers, supporting day-to-day quality activities as well as audit and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs): Prepare, issue and control BMR documentation for production.
Change Control: Support the change control process, including updating BMRs and associated documentation following approved changes.
Process Deviations: Issue and maintain process deviation documentation and support the follow-up process.
Supplier Documentation: Manage supplier quality documentation and follow up on outstanding documentation, including Certificates of Analysis (CoA), Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and other relevant quality documentation.
Expired Stock: Monitor and manage documentation relating to expired stock and support the appropriate investigation and follow-up process.
Deviations & Non-Conformances: Support investigations into deviations and non-conformances, ensuring appropriate documentation, follow-up and close-out.
Internal Audits: Support the planning, preparation and completion of internal audits and associated documentation.
Document Review: Conduct routine reviews of controlled documents to ensure they remain accurate, current and compliant.
Audit Preparedness: Support the Quality team in maintaining a state of continuous audit readiness and preparing documentation for customer, regulatory and internal audits.
Label Reviews: Support the review and approval process for product labels and related documentation.
Goods Receiving: Support the Quality and Operations teams with goods-receiving activities and associated documentation.
Provide general administrative and operational support to the Quality Department as required.

About You

We are looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will ideally have:

Previous experience in quality, document control, quality assurance or a regulated manufacturing environment.
Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation.
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
The confidence to work collaboratively with Operations, Production, Warehouse, Quality and external suppliers.
Good IT skills and experience working with Microsoft Office.
A proactive approach, with the ability to identify outstanding actions and follow them through to completion.
An understanding of quality systems, deviations, non-conformances, change control and audit processes would be an advantage.

A qualification or experience in Quality, Science, Pharmaceutical, Food Manufacturing, Veterinary, Manufacturing or a related discipline would be beneficial, but we are also interested in candidates who can demonstrate strong relevant experience and the right attitude.
