Location: Cavan, Co. Cavan

Job Description

We are looking to build a pipeline of talent and are inviting applications for a Snagger for an upcoming phase of a housing development in Cavan. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, documenting, and fixing minor defects and finishes before properties are handed over to clients.

Key Responsibilities

Inspecting properties thoroughly to identify defects, marks, and unfinished work.
Carrying out high-quality snagging works, including minor plaster patching, painting touch-ups, mastic application, and ironmongery adjustments.
Working closely with the Finishing Foreman to ensure houses are presented to an exceptional standard.
Keeping accurate records of completed works.

Requirements

Proven experience in a snagging, property maintenance, or finishing carpentry/painting role.
Strong all-round DIY/handyman skills with an eye for exceptional detail.
Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certificate.
Must possess your own basic hand tools and cordless tools.
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
