Full job description

We are hiring a full time Accounts and Office Administrator at CCRM Structures.

CCRM Structures is a growing Irish manufacturer of lightweight building products, cills, canopies, mouldings, door surrounds and thresholds. Supplying the residential and commercial construction markets from our facility in Cappoquin, Co. Waterford.

We're looking for an organised, trustworthy Accounts & Office Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day finances and administration that keep the business running. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you'll be the go-to person for bookkeeping, payroll, reporting and office organisation; a varied role with real responsibility in a friendly, hands-on team.

What you'll be doing

Running bookkeeping end to end: bank reconciliations, purchase invoices and receipts, supplier payment runs and petty cash
Preparing and submitting VAT and PAYE returns, and liaising on the Wage Subsidy Scheme
Managing payroll — timesheets, pensions and pay runs
Producing management figures: production, sales, replacements, stock valuation and reports for our financial advisor
Supporting purchasing — Kanban cards, chasing raw-material orders and following them through to delivery
Keeping the office running: filing, dockets, ISO 9001:2015 records, vehicle and insurance administration, and general office organisation
Providing occasional cover for sales administration when needed

What you'll bring

Proven experience in a bookkeeping or accounts-administration role
Confidence with VAT and PAYE returns and Irish compliance
Payroll experience, including timesheets and pensions
Strong working knowledge of accounting software (BrightBooks an advantage)
Excellent organisation, accuracy and discretion with confidential information
Eligibility to work in Ireland

Nice to have: experience in manufacturing or construction, familiarity with ISO 9001:2015, and a bookkeeping qualification (IATI, ATI or similar).
