Job Title: Deli Assistant (Part-Time)

Location: Kellys Resort Hotel
Hours: Part-Time – 4 Days per Week

About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Deli Assistant to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent food preparation skills, a friendly manner, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and present fresh food to a high standard.
Assist with the daily operation of the deli counter.
Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
Serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation.
Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times.
Work efficiently as part of a busy team.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience working in a deli or similar food service environment is essential.
Experience with food preparation and handling.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.

Desirable

Barista experience is an advantage but not essential.
