Job Title: Deli Assistant (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Deli Assistant to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent food preparation skills, a friendly manner, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present fresh food to a high standard.
- Assist with the daily operation of the deli counter.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Serve customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Ensure all food safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Work efficiently as part of a busy team.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience working in a deli or similar food service environment is essential.
- Experience with food preparation and handling.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP procedures.
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
Desirable
- Barista experience is an advantage but not essential.
