The Ball Alley is currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Waitress/Barista to join our team on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service at all times
Taking food and beverage orders accurately
Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and other beverages
Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the premises
Assisting with daily opening and closing duties
Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A positive attitude and professional manner
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
