Job Vacancy – Barista / Server
The Ball Alley is currently seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Waitress/Barista to join our team on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service at all times
- Taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Preparing and serving coffees, teas, and other beverages
- Serving food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the premises
- Assisting with daily opening and closing duties
- Working effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude and professional manner
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends when required
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction
