Mediteq Healthcare Solutions is a progressive and ambitious Irish-owned healthcare company specialising in pharmaceuticals, medical devices and registered biocides. We partner with leading global, European & Irish healthcare and pharmaceutical manufacturers to bring our customers the latest and most innovative products and services throughout the island of Ireland.

A position has now become available for a Senior Marketing Executive in our Dublin office. Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing, coordinating and delivering Mediteq's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan. The role will have responsibility across brand management, digital marketing, content, product marketing, product launches, market research, supplier marketing and commercial support.

Requirements

Third level qualification in Marketing, Business, Science or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years relevant marketing experience
Minimum of 2 years experience working within a clinical or healthcare environment, with demonstrable exposure to healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinical products or healthcare services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Superior organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications.
Strong understanding of healthcare market dynamics and compliance is desired.
Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of how marketing supports sales and business growth.
It is essential for the candidate to be focussed, engaged, motivated and a team player.
Must be adaptable to meet the needs of a dynamic, growth focused company.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver Mediteq's marketing strategy and annual marketing plan, working closely with the Commercial Director to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and business growth priorities.
Lead brand management and corporate communications, ensuring consistent, professional positioning and messaging across all Mediteq channels, marketing materials and customer communications.
Manage digital marketing and content, including the company website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO, content planning and digital performance measurement.
Lead product marketing and new product launches, developing positioning, campaigns, sales materials and launch plans in collaboration with commercial, sales, regulatory and supplier teams.
Develop marketing programmes with key manufacturers and supplier partners, including joint campaigns, product promotions, educational initiatives and supplier-supported marketing activities.
Support commercial and sales growth through targeted campaigns, customer presentations, sales collateral, tender support and marketing initiatives for priority products, customers and market segments.
Conduct market, customer and competitor research to identify healthcare trends, market opportunities, customer needs and areas for potential business growth.
Plan and coordinate conferences, exhibitions and healthcare events, ensuring effective promotion, customer engagement, lead generation and post-event follow-up.
Ensure marketing and promotional materials are accurate, compliant and appropriate for a regulated healthcare environment, working with relevant internal and external stakeholders on product claims, technical information and approvals.
