Join Frank Keane BMW Naas Road, one of Ireland's leading BMW & MINI retailers, with state-of-the-art showrooms and Aftersales facilities developed to the very latest BMW standards. Due to continued growth and significant business expansion, we are seeking qualified Motor Technicians with EV and High Voltage certification to join our growing team.

The Role

The successful candidates will be experienced in all aspects of vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repair, delivering exceptional workmanship in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately in accordance with BMW/MINI retailer standards.
Perform advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding.
Complete vehicle health checks and identify any additional safety or maintenance requirements.
Liaise with the Parts Department to source required parts and keep the Workshop Controller informed of any delays.
Communicate additional repair requirements to the Service Advisors for customer authorisation.
Complete all job documentation accurately to BMW warranty and manufacturer standards.
Road test vehicles where appropriate to ensure repairs have been completed to the highest standard.
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Stay up to date with BMW technical bulletins, systems and manufacturer training.

Requirements

EV and High Voltage qualification is required or a willingness to obtain certification where applicable.
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Experience with ADP/Kerridge or similar Dealer Management Systems would be an advantage.
Full, valid work authorisation for Ireland.
