Full job description

Kitchen Porter / Pot Wash Required

We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter / Pot Wash to join our busy and friendly team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.

Main Duties:

Pot wash and dishwashing duties.
General kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
Assisting with food preparation and mise en place.
Supporting chefs with day-to-day kitchen tasks and chores.
Receiving, organising and storing deliveries and goods.
Ensuring all kitchen areas are kept clean, tidy and compliant with hygiene standards.
Assisting with other general duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
A strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Passion for working within a professional kitchen environment is a definite advantage.
