Kitchen Porter / Pot Wash Required
We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter / Pot Wash to join our busy and friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Main Duties:
- Pot wash and dishwashing duties.
- General kitchen cleaning and maintenance.
- Assisting with food preparation and mise en place.
- Supporting chefs with day-to-day kitchen tasks and chores.
- Receiving, organising and storing deliveries and goods.
- Ensuring all kitchen areas are kept clean, tidy and compliant with hygiene standards.
- Assisting with other general duties as required to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Passion for working within a professional kitchen environment is a definite advantage.
