What you’ll be doing

Carry out on-site measurements, capturing accurate spatial data and structural details to inform the design process
Develop full home design schemes in line with Boloni’s design language, including layouts, material selections, lighting, and spatial flow
Work closely with sales, installation, and supply chain teams to refine designs, confirm specifications, and support production
Attend site handovers and coordinate during installation, resolving any design-related issues to ensure smooth delivery

What You’ll need to Thrive

Proven experience in interior design or home customization solutions, with the ability to manage the full process from site measurement through to final drawings
A strong understanding of high-end design standards, materials
Comfortable working across teams, with the ability to clearly communicate design ideas and adapt when needed
A background in design or a related field is preferred
Fluent English, with good communication skills both spoken and written
