What you’ll be doing
- Carry out on-site measurements, capturing accurate spatial data and structural details to inform the design process
- Develop full home design schemes in line with Boloni’s design language, including layouts, material selections, lighting, and spatial flow
- Work closely with sales, installation, and supply chain teams to refine designs, confirm specifications, and support production
- Attend site handovers and coordinate during installation, resolving any design-related issues to ensure smooth delivery
What You’ll need to Thrive
- Proven experience in interior design or home customization solutions, with the ability to manage the full process from site measurement through to final drawings
- A strong understanding of high-end design standards, materials
- Comfortable working across teams, with the ability to clearly communicate design ideas and adapt when needed
- A background in design or a related field is preferred
- Fluent English, with good communication skills both spoken and written
