Full job description

We are currently seeking Telesales & Service Admin. For expansion into Kilkenny.

We operate in the Gas and Renuable Heating industry providing Servicing, repairs and maintenance of domestic heating systems as well as other mechanical homeservices.

This is a multi skilled role, responsible for sales and office admin as well as customer loyalty and retention. You will play a key role in attracting new business, converting inbound leads, and proactively engaging with existing or previous customers to retain and regain their business.

This position requires strong outbound telesales experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to meet sales and retention KPIs. There is also the potential for professional and monetary growth within the business.

1. Sales & Lead Conversion

Managing Inquiries: Handling inbound sales calls and emails professionally to turn interest into bookings.
Proactive Outreach: Engaging with both potential new customers and former customers through "win-back" campaigns.
Driving Growth: Actively converting leads into sales to meet and exceed specific growth targets.

2. Customer Retention & Loyalty

Relationship Management: Engaging with existing customers to ensure they stay with the company.
Problem Solving: Diffusing customer concerns or complaints by reinforcing the value of the service.
KPI Management: Meeting specific retention targets to minimize "churn" (customers leaving the service).

3. Administrative & Data Management

Reporting: Using MS Office (particularly Excel) to generate accurate reports on sales and retention.
Data Entry: Managing customer data and sales leads within the company systems to ensure everything is up to date.
General Admin: Using Word and Outlook for professional correspondence and office organization.

4. Operational Coordination

Technician Scheduling: Acting as the bridge between the office and the field by coordinating with service technicians.
Workflow Management: Ensuring that the sales made in the office translate into scheduled and completed service visits.

Pay: €16.50-€19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 39.0 per week
