Full job description

We are actively seeking Solar PV Installers or Roofers to join our Installations team and be based out of Portarlington, Co Laois. This is a full time permanent position inclusive of a competitive salary. Meetin at the Company Warehouse each morning and travelling to various locations for installations.

The Opportunity:

As a Solar PV Installer you will be responsible for the installation of our Solar PV Systems on residential buildings & ground mounted systems. You will receive 6 weeks of complete and thorough industry-specific training.

Responsibilities Include:

Install Solar Panels on residential homes to the highest of standards.
Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time.
Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.

Requirements

Previous solar experience is desirable / 6 weeks training will be given
Must have full clean driving license.
Must live within a commutable distance of Portarlington, Co. Laois
Previous experience working at heights with a the use of a harness.
The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and control Health and Safety aspects on site.
Excellent organizational and planning skills along with a positive attitude for dealing with customers.

Schedule:

Work Location: In person must be at Warehouse in Portarlington every morning then various locations for installs. COMPANY VAN AND FUEL CARD PROVIDED.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €160.00-€220.00 per day

Licence/Certification:

full clean driving license (required)
Safepass Card (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
