Role: HR & Recruitment Administrator

Location: Kilcullen Office, Co. Kildare

Salary: Starting at €28,000 (Negotiable Depending on Experience)

Hours: Full-time

We are now seeking a motivated and organized HR Administrator to join our team at our Kilcullen office. Responsibilities

As our HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be the backbone of our people operations, ensuring all staff-related administration is handled with care and confidentiality. Duties will include:

Recruitment Support: Posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Onboarding: Preparing induction packs for new hires and ensuring all "Right to Work" documentation is collected.
Employee Records: Maintaining digital and physical personnel files to ensure compliance with regulations.
Communications: Serving as a point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies or benefits.
General Admin: Supporting the HR team with ad hoc tasks and ensuring the office environment runs smoothly.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills with an eagle eye for detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
High level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage, but not essential—we value attitude and a willingness to learn.
