Assembly Fitters / Kitchen & Bathroom Fitters (Full-Time)

Creative Fitting provides nationwide flat-pack furniture assembly and installation services, working closely with leading brands including IKEA and B&Q. We install flat-pack furniture, kitchens, and bathrooms for residential, commercial, and retail customers. As our business continues to grow, we are hiring experienced fitters and motivated individuals who want a long-term, stable role with consistent work every week.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install flat-pack furniture, kitchens, and bathroom units
- Follow assembly instructions, plans, and layouts accurately
- Work safely with hand tools and power tools
- Complete installations to a high standard with attention to detail
- Represent Creative Fitting professionally at all times
- Communicate clearly with customers and the operations team
- Travel to job locations across Ireland (van provided)
- Maintain a clean, organised work area and follow health and safety procedures
Requirements
- Experience in furniture assembly, kitchen fitting, bathroom fitting, carpentry, or similar roles
- Ability to understand instructions, measurements, and plans
- Proficiency with standard tools and safe working practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to lift, move, and install furniture and fittings
- Valid full driving licence is essential
- Entry-level candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome
