About the opportunity:

Due to exciting and continued growth, our Operations & Innovations department are looking for a Compliance Administrator to join their team in our Cork or Dublin office. The role is hybrid (2 days in the office), full-time permanent, with a 37.5-hour work week.

This role will support the firm’s internal compliance function, ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory, anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorist financing (CTF), data protection and internal governance requirements. Additionally, the role will support the client compliance function at onboarding, throughout the client relationship and at offboarding.

You can expect your duties will include but not limited to:

Assisting with onboarding new clients, arranging letters of engagement, AML screening, assessing client risk profiles and completing CDD (Customer Due Diligence) documentation.
Assisting with offboarding clients internally.
Conducting ongoing client AML reviews and trigger event reviews via the Firm’s bespoke AML software.
Issuing standardised renewal letters of engagement and ad hoc one-off letters of engagement.
Assisting with ad hoc GDPR compliance requirements and projects.
Assisting with ISO 9001:2015 certification renewal.
Document control.
Providing cover for key administration role (i.e. XPM administration)
Any additional ad hoc compliance related matters.

What we are looking for:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration or a similar role.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams).
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Strong administrative background, with an interest in developing broad compliance experience, particularly in AML and GDPR.
Previous AML or GDPR experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
