Sous Chef - Immediate Start | 6 Week Fixed-Term Contract

We're looking for a talented, hands-on Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team for a 6 week fixed-term contract.

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with fresh food, and take pride in delivering exceptional dishes, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the kitchen team during a period of cover.
Working alongside the existing team to maintain smooth day-to-day kitchen operations.
Helping deliver consistently high-quality food during busy service periods.
Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes.
Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene.
Helping create a positive, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Chef de Partie ready to step up.
A calm, organised approach under pressure.
Passion for quality food and excellent service.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and a great work ethic.
