The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the operations in the Gastro Bar ensuring that an excellent guest experience with genuine friendly service is delivered every time. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and team leadership skills to successfully manage and lead the team.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Ensure smooth and efficant running of the Gastro Bar .
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Oversee the activities of all F&B staff to ensure delivery of excellent service .
- Preparation of weekly rotas
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- To promote good team relations in the department ensuring fairness and consistency in all dealings with team members
- Experience in a similar role
