We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and customer-focused Bar Staff to join our friendly team at a busy and vibrant community bar. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two shifts are the same. Whether you're an experienced bartender or looking to build your hospitality career, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As a member of our bar team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
Operate the till and process cash and card payments accurately.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar and customer areas.
Restock shelves, fridges, and bar supplies as required.
Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Ensure compliance with all licensing, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
Work as part of a team during busy service periods, functions, and sporting events.
Help create a positive atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Previous experience working in a bar, pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Knowledge of Cold/Cellar room operations

Desirable:

Cocktail or barista experience.
Manual Handling and HACCP certification.
Experience working at live events or sports venues.
