About the Role
As a member of our bar team, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a welcoming, safe, and professional environment for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently.
- Operate the till and process cash and card payments accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the bar and customer areas.
- Restock shelves, fridges, and bar supplies as required.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, food safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Work as part of a team during busy service periods, functions, and sporting events.
- Help create a positive atmosphere for customers and colleagues alike.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Previous experience working in a bar, pub, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledge of Cold/Cellar room operations
Desirable:
- Cocktail or barista experience.
- Manual Handling and HACCP certification.
- Experience working at live events or sports venues.
