Wheelchair Cars Ireland are looking to recruit candidates to join our dedicated & hard-working team!

Part-time & Full-time Positions Available

Maintenance Operative:

We are seeking to recruit a suitably experienced and motivated maintenance operative to work with us.

Candidates will have the opportunity to work in a professional, hardworking environment within a workforce that thrives on teamwork and achieving superior customer service.

Duties/Responsibilities:

General maintenance and repair of buildings and grounds.
Identify and report the need for major repairs which are outside your remit.
Maintenance of garden areas.
Painting and decorating as required.
General construction work as required e.g. plumbing, carpentry etc.
Undertake duties as assigned or emergency tasks when required.
Using materials, parts, and equipment in an efficient manner.
Full compliance with all safety procedures and adhering to operating safety steps.
Understand and adhere to all business policies and procedures.

About You/Requirements:

Possess a full, valid, and clean driver’s license.
Experience in a maintenance and/or landscaping environment preferable.
Must have the ability to work on your own initiative and at times unsupervised.
Must have a positive attitude to working relationships and communicate well with colleagues.
Be organised and diligent with a flexible approach to work.
Have the desire to achieve and maintain a high standard of work.
