Position Summary

To support transaction processing for Customer Service, focused primarily on customer order entry

Principal Responsibilities

Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring all orders received are processed accurately and promptly upon receipt
Order entry
Returns: ensure that returns are processed in a timely manner
Credit and debit memo processing
Delivery processing
Invoice processing
Price review
General data entry activities relating to the order

Education / Experience Requirements

Language skills - fluent English required with Spanish, Polish or Italian language desirable.
1-2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced customer service department, preferable but not essential
Accurate with a strong attention to detail and good time management skills
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced department
Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular hours if required
Good computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP an advantage but not necessary as full training is provided.
Ability to work well under pressure in a target driven environment

Good organisational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity
