Full job description

Wills Bros Ltd is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major roadworks and civil engineering infrastructure project in North Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale roadwork projects valued at over €20 million within Ireland or the UK.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of a major roadworks project.
Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, programme delivery and day-to-day project operations.
Oversee planning, sequencing, progress reporting, cost control, risk management and quality standards.
Work closely with clients, consultants, commercial teams and senior management to drive successful project outcomes.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.

Requirements

Civil engineering qualification is essential.
Proven Project Manager experience delivering roadworks projects over €20 million.
Irish or UK civil engineering project delivery experience is essential.
Strong main contractor background in roads, transport infrastructure, heavy civils or civil engineering infrastructure.
Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, communication and problem-solving skills.
Full, clean Irish driving licence.
