Wills Bros Ltd is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major roadworks and civil engineering infrastructure project in North Dublin.
This is an excellent opportunity for a delivery-focused Project Manager with proven experience managing large-scale roadwork projects valued at over €20 million within Ireland or the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of a major roadworks project.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, programme delivery and day-to-day project operations.
- Oversee planning, sequencing, progress reporting, cost control, risk management and quality standards.
- Work closely with clients, consultants, commercial teams and senior management to drive successful project outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Civil engineering qualification is essential.
- Proven Project Manager experience delivering roadworks projects over €20 million.
- Irish or UK civil engineering project delivery experience is essential.
- Strong main contractor background in roads, transport infrastructure, heavy civils or civil engineering infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Full, clean Irish driving licence.
