- Manage transactions from instruction through to completion, liaising with clients, solicitors, occupiers, purchasers, tenants and other professional advisers.
- Prepare high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, marketing materials and client recommendations.
Client Management & Business Development:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business, new instructions and cross-selling across Lisney’s wider service lines.
- Support and lead pitches, proposals and client presentations for new business opportunities.
- Liaise with potential investors, occupiers, landlords and clients, providing clear verbal and written advice.
Team & Departmental Contribution
- Contribute to office agency targets and support the achievement of departmental objectives.
- Attend and actively participate in departmental meetings, providing updates on instructions, market activity and client matters.
- Share market intelligence, comparable evidence and best practice across the team.
- Support and mentor graduate surveyors and junior team members, contributing to their professional development.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across agency, investment, valuation, property management, and other relevant departments.
Professional Standards & Compliance
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest professional standard and in accordance with applicable internal procedures and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dublin and Irish commercial property markets, relevant legislation, market trends and professional standards.
- Ensure compliance with SCSI, RICS, PSRA and Lisney’s internal governance and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records, property information, transaction data and client communications.
- Perform additional duties as required, in line with the evolving needs of the role.
- Qualified Chartered Surveyor and member of the SCSI and/or RICS

- Strong negotiation, presentation, report-writing and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong administrative, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of comparable evidence, market data, property records and relevant research sources.
- Proactive, professional and self-motivated, with a desire to progress their career.
