Join Ireland's top property consultancy in Dublin as a Senior Surveyor with our Professional Services and Advisory team. This role is based within our market-leading team in Dublin, Ireland, offering an excellent opportunity for an MRICS-qualified surveyor to join a high-performing group operating in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are seeking a professional with a minimum of three years’ post-APC experience.
- Conduct Red Book compliant and portfolio valuations for secured lending and financial reporting purposes.
- Prepare and deliver valuations in accordance with internal procedures and relevant professional standards.
- Deliver high-quality valuation reports covering a broad geographic area.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships with new and existing clients.
- Proactively generate and win new business, developing a market profile through networking client engagement
- Provide strategic advice to clients in relation to property assets.
- Carry out nationwide inspections as required.
- Manage the preparation of reports and responses to correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory standards while contributing to performance targets.
- Support and mentor junior team members.
- Proactively engage in the APC counsellor and supervisor programme.
- Collaborate with transactional advisory colleagues across the business.
- Maintain up to date market knowledge, legislative changes and professional standards (RICS/SCSI)
- Perform additional duties as required, in line with the evolving needs of the role.
- 3 to 5 years’ post APC experience as a Chartered Surveyor (RICS/SCSI) in a valuation environment.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality valuation work in line with relevant legislation, case law, and professional standards
- Demonstrated experience delivering valuations across multiple asset classes.
- Strong understanding of valuation principles, including the application of precedents and practice notes.
- Proficiency in Argus Enterprise and Developer.
- Strong report writing and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple instructions and meet tight deadlines
- A solid understanding of Red Book standards.
- Experience in areas such as CPO, Rating, Landlord & Tenant, and/or acting as an Expert Witness is desirable.
- Commercial awareness with a desire to build client relationships and contribute to business growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; supporting cross team collaboration and engagement.
- PSRA licence (or eligible to obtain one).
- Full clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
